- Next Day Delivery
FREE next day delivery within the UK for all orders weighing in excess of 1kg will be delivered by our carrier, orders weighing less than 1kg will be sent by First Class post.
- Same Day Despatch
All orders received before 2:00pm will be despatched the same day (stock permitting).
- Order Feedback
In the event your order cannot be satisfied within 7 working days a representative will contact you with the latest delivery forecast.
- Returns & Refunds
We will gladly exchange any item, or issue a refund, if it is returned in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 7 days from the date of invoice at the customer's cost. Any exception to this needs to be agreed at the time of ordering with a Get Smart customer services representative. Confirmation of any such agreement will only be accepted if a clear statement is shown on the associated invoice.
- 12 Months Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of invoice, provided they are used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and in a manner that is considered to be for the purpose for which it was designed.
- Warranty Claims
In the event an item is found to be faulty during its warranty period, please contact us before returning the goods.
This is to avoid equipment being returned unnecessarily when the fault could have been diagnosed and rectified over the telephone.
Any faulty equipment returned will be initially inspected and if necessary forwarded to the manufacturer for rectification. Please note your own equipment will be returned following rectification unless otherwise authorised by the manufacturer.
